5 free services to create RSS feed for a site which don’t have it

I the subject because I think it’s very important. RSS gives us an ability to save a lot of time by getting a content from a lot of sources. Most of sites in the moment give feeds by default but not all of them. For example, forums don’t have such thing but if they had that would be great.
